Tuscaloosa County Administration
The Administration Department supports the Tuscaloosa County Commission and other elected County officials in the delivery of quality and effective services to the citizens of Tuscaloosa County. The Administration Department includes the County Administrator, Human Resources, Insurance and Benefits, and administrative support functions for both the Tuscaloosa County Commission and the Tuscaloosa County Civil Service Board.
The County Administrator is responsible for administering the County’s various departments, including ensuring compliance with the administrative policies of the Tuscaloosa County Commission.
