Department Responsibilities & Mission
The Finance Department is responsible for the fiscal operations of the Tuscaloosa County Commission. These responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting and capital asset management.
Our mission is to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data by effectively managing the revenues and expenditures of the Tuscaloosa County Commission.
