The Tuscaloosa County Office of Probate has added E-Recording of most deeds, mortgages, acceptable miscellaneous documents, liens, judgments, and UCC filings. This service allows customers under contract with companies to quickly record documents within minutes, eliminate check writing expenses and travel time.
