How Do I?
If I have large items to throw away can someone come and pick these up?
Yes. If you are signed up for Waste Management household garbage collection, you can call (205) 464-8216 and schedule a pick up of these bulk items. Generally, items that will be picked up include furniture, grills, beds, mattresses, large appliances, lawnmowers, bicycles, and the like. Items that are not approved for pick up include stumps, construction/remodeling debris, wire fencing, and the like. For more information, please click here.

Yes. Participation is mandatory.
