Important Dates & Things to Remember
October 1st – Taxes are Due
*Failing to notify us if your mailing address has changed may result in not receiving your tax bill. Please fill out the downloadable form and email to collector2@tuscco.com.
November 15th – Mortgage Company escrow payments are due. We do not mail mortgage companies tax notices. They are sent electronically.
December 31st – Last day to pay without penalty (we do take a postmark of Dec 31st).
January 1st – Taxes are delinquent and penalties will be added.
