Courthouse Closed Monday July 5th
In observance of Independence Day, the County Courthouse will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, July 6th.
City of Tuscaloosa Water Restriction Update (6/23/21)
Mayor Maddox announced today the water conservation order that restricted non-essential water use for customers south of the Black Warrior River has expired. Thank you for your cooperation and to the public works crews who quickly fixed the issues!
County Commission Work Session
The Tuscaloosa County Commission will conduct a work session at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled County Commission meeting June 16, 2021. The purpose of the work session is a presentation regarding PARA and an update from the Tuscaloosa County Economic Development Authority.
Commission Accepting Bids
The Tuscaloosa County Commission will accept bids for all bleachers currently located at the Abernant Ball Park. Sealed bids will be accepted through 5:00 pm, June 18, 2021, in the County Commission Office, ground floor, Tuscaloosa County Courthouse; or by mail addressed Tuscaloosa County Commission, 714 Greensboro Ave., Suite G78, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Minimum bid $100.00.
Memorial Day Holiday
The Tuscaloosa County Courthouse will be closed on Monday, May 31st 2021 for the Memorial Day Holiday.
