LEGAL NOTICE OF COMPLETION – PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT (OVER $100,000)

Pursuant to Ala Code 39-1-1 (1975) notice is hereby given that  Alabama Electrical Service has completed its contract for the  Duncanville VFD – Electrical and Fire Alarm System, funded in whole or in part by the 2021 American Rescue Plan Act (FAIN: SLFRP0351), for the Tuscaloosa County Commission and has made request of final settlement of said contract.

Any person or firm having claims on said project for materials or labor should immediately notify Tuscaloosa County Commission, Attn: Grants Department, 714 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa AL 35401.

This notice will be published for a period of three (3) successive weeks beginning Monday, October 27, 2025. A final settlement will not be made upon the contract until the expiration of the thirty (30) days after the completion notice. Publication period: 10/27/25 – 11/26/25.
