The Tuscaloosa County Civil Service Board will accept applications for the position of Assistant Finance Director Tuscaloosa County Commission. This position is highly responsible Accounting and Financial management under the direction of the Finance Director. Salary range $75,000-$90,000.
The position incumbent performs audit and control of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and State and Federal reporting; and must be proficient in preparing government financial statements and related reports.
A baccalaureate degree in accounting with at least five years experience in management accounting with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
